We accept all major PPO dental insurance, including Delta Dental, Cigna, Guardian, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, HealthSCOPE Benefits, Sun Life Financial, Ameritas, United Concordia. If your plan isn't listed, call 770-482-4661 and we'll check it.

Do you accept dental HMO (DHMO) plans?

HMO plans usually assign members to a specific dental office. Call us with your plan name and member ID and we'll tell you whether we can see your child under your plan.

How much will my child's visit cost with insurance?

It depends on your plan's coverage, deductible and remaining annual maximum. We verify your benefits before the visit and give you your estimated share before any treatment.

What if my insurance isn't listed?
