Using your Guardian plan at our Stonecrest office
Guardian dental plans are usually provided through employers. Guardian offers PPO plans (often called DentalGuard Preferred) that let you choose your pediatric dentist, and managed care plans (Managed DentalGuard, a DHMO) that use assigned offices.
If your Guardian plan is a PPO, send us the member ID and the employee's information and we'll handle the verification.

Every Guardian plan is different, but most dental PPO plans organize benefits the same way. Preventive care is typically covered at the highest level; basic and major treatment is covered at a lower percentage after your deductible, up to an annual maximum.
